David Basi and the legislature raid coverup. Some questions and maybe some answers.
On December 15 2003 a complaint was filed with the Ombudsman of BC alledging fraud within ICBC and the ministry of transportation for fraudulent payments made to ICBC from within the ministry of finance As well the RCMP was also named because of a false investigation which never took place.The Illegal act of ommission of government business being the RCMP investigation was later discovered was signed by the one and only Dave U Basi.
